Oregon Coast Chiro

At Oregon Coast Chiro, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized holistic care through chiropractic adjustments, Applied Kinesiology sessions, and homeopathic consultations. Because our services involve direct, individualized treatment delivered in person by Dr. Kevin Burch or Miranda Burch, refunds are limited and subject to the guidelines below.

1. General Policy

  • All fees for services are non-refundable once the appointment has been completed and care has been provided.

  • Payment is due at the time of service (or in advance for certain arrangements), and we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with outcomes, as individual responses to natural therapies vary and no specific results are guaranteed.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice (or 48 hours for initial/new patient appointments) to cancel or reschedule without charge.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than the required notice, or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment (“no-show”), will incur a cancellation/no-show fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session fee (or the full amount in cases of repeated occurrences).

  • This fee is non-refundable and must be paid before booking future appointments.

  • If you provide the required advance notice, no fee will be charged, and you may reschedule at no additional cost (subject to availability).

3. Pre-Paid Packages or Gift Certificates

  • If you purchase a package of sessions or a gift certificate, individual sessions within the package are subject to the same cancellation policy above.

  • Unused portions of pre-paid packages are generally non-refundable, except in the following rare circumstances:

    • You relocate out of the area and can no longer reasonably access our practice (documentation may be required).

    • A documented medical condition prevents you from continuing care (physician’s note required).

  • In such cases, we may issue a prorated refund for unused sessions at our discretion, minus any applicable administrative fees.

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.

4. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency, or office closure), you will not be charged a fee, and we will work with you to reschedule at your convenience.

  • In the extremely rare event of a verifiable error on our part (e.g., double-booking that prevents your appointment), we may offer a full refund or credit at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund or Credit
If you believe you qualify for an exception under this policy, please contact us in writing (email preferred) within 14 days of the relevant appointment or payment date. Include your full name, appointment date(s), reason for the request, and any supporting documentation. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and respond within 7 business days.
